SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or partner couriers.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (free on orders over $100; $10 flat rate otherwise).
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($15 flat rate). For Cairns/Far North Queensland locals, in-person pickup is available at Dusk and Bloom Studio—select at checkout for no shipping fee. Collaboration items like the Tachibana pendant are dispatched from Tachibana Co. in Gold Coast, SEQ, with similar timelines.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We offer worldwide shipping for eligible items (e.g., prints, merch, pendants). Rates and times vary by destination.

Standard International: 7-21 business days ($20-40 depending on weight/location).
Express International: 3-10 business days ($30-60). Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our rates. We recommend checking local regulations. For Tachibana collab items, international shipping is handled by Tachibana Co.—see their policy for details.

SECTION 4 - TRACKING AND DELIVERY All shipped orders include tracking via email. If your package is delayed or lost, contact us within 30 days of shipment for assistance.
