OVERVIEW At George Tattooing, we aim to provide premium products and services, including prints, merch, and collaborations like the Tachibana Co. x George Tattooing reversible turtle & crane pendant. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties. It applies to all purchases made through our site and complements our Terms of Service. For collaboration items (e.g., Tachibana pendant), some aspects are handled by third-party partners—refer to their policies linked below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Damaged, altered, or non-original items, or returns after 30 days, will not be accepted. For limited run or pre-order items like the Tachibana Co. pendant, returns are subject to availability and may incur restocking fees. Personalized or custom tattoo jewelry Australia items are non-returnable unless defective.

SECTION 2 - REFUNDS Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item (you'll receive an email notification). We'll credit the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If delayed, check with your bank or credit card issuer before contacting us. Refunds apply to regular priced items only; no refunds on sale, discounted, or promotional items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective. For international returns, additional customs fees may apply and are not refunded.

SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only (e.g., manufacturing faults in 925 silver tattoo pendant or 18kt gold plated variants). Contact us at georgetattooingau@gmail.com with photos and order details within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement if stock is available. Return shipping costs are on you (non-refundable); we recommend tracking and insuring items over $150, as we don't guarantee receipt. For collaborations, exchanges may be handled by partners like Tachibana Co.

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY We offer a 1-year warranty from the purchase date on products like the Tachibana collab pendant. It covers free repair for broken chains, elastics, or missing CZ diamonds (if applicable). Excludes normal wear, faded plating, or damage from misuse. Re-plating (e.g., rhodium or 18kt gold) is available at cost via info@tachibanaco.com. For prints and merch, warranty covers manufacturing defects only; contact us for assessment.

Disputes related to third-party fulfillment should be directed to them, but we're here to assist.

SECTION 6 - EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Non-returnable: Digital downloads, custom designs, gift cards, hygiene items, or sale/final clearance products. Tattoo services (e.g., bookings, guest spots) are non-refundable; cancellations follow separate terms in Bookings.

SECTION 7 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
