Booking Policy, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please read this policy carefully before booking. It applies to all sessions at Dusk and Bloom Studio in Cairns and during my guest spots and expos.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required.
No appointments are confirmed, reserved, or locked in until the deposit is received. Once it’s sent through, please reply with the confirmation/receipt so I can lock it into my calendar.
Deposit details will be provided to you privately when you are ready to book.
Important
All deposits are non-refundable as they represent a commitment to my time and the appointment slot.
Changes to Design, Size or Scope
Any changes after the deposit is paid — including increasing the size, changing placement, adding elements, or altering the design — may increase the final price and/or session time. I will advise you of any additional costs before the session begins. Significant changes may also require rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule up to two (2) times. The deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
- After two transfers, the deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Guest Spots & Expos
All bookings at guest spots and expos are final. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable due to limited booth space and travel commitments.
Payment on the Day
Cash only on the day of your appointment. No eftpos facilities are available.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and you may be required to pay a no-show fee for any future bookings.
