Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment a $100 deposit is required.

All deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure the date and time of your appointment as well as compensate for design time prior to the session for both custom & pre-made.

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received. This payment will be applied to the final cost of your appointment.

Should you have plans to reschedule, please let Georgie know at least three (3) or more days in advance, so that she can reschedule your appointment. If you do not inform her of your need to reschedule within this time frame, you will forfeit your deposit. 

Georgie allows up to two reschedules. A third reschedule will require a new deposit and the forfeiture of the original.

Deposits are valid to use towards a rescheduled appointment for up to 6 months after an initial appointment date - past this, you will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to book.

Cancellations and Reschedules

Kindly note that all deposits made towards Georgie's services are non-refundable. In the event of any cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, signifying the importance of a confident commitment to the scheduled appointment, both financially and otherwise.

Georgie does offer the opportunity to reschedule the appointment without forfeiting the deposit, provided that a notice of at least three (3) days is given. This can only be done up to two (2) times, after that a new deposit will be required.

In cases where the rescheduling request is made within a period less than three (3) days prior to the appointment, a fresh deposit will be required.

These policies are in place to reflect the professional independence of Georgie, an artist. Every cancellation translates to a significant loss of income, as well as a substantial expenditure of time and effort.
